Everyone needs to watch this - especially women. Reblog this video please. I swear you’ll cover your webcam after watching is - or better yet, just throw away your laptop. 

note: a band-aid is the perfect size to fit over your webcam on most laptops, and peels off easily for when you want to actually use it for tinychat, skype, or other programs. it already has adhesive sides, and the gauze in the center fits nicely over the cam opening and blocks it completely.

Important message, but seriously, who goes to sleep with their laptop wide open next to them!

You’re dumb if you keep your computer on/open at all times.
You’re also dumb for not having any detection on your computer that is constantly on/open.

Yeah, because there’s no such thing as someone having a webcam on their desktop monitor or anything. You know, like I do in addition to my laptop that has a webcam. I’m not going to shut down my desktop monitor every single time I want to go to bed. My monitor, by the way, faces my bed. It watches me sleep.

Hackers gonna hack you say? Yeah, they can get around stuff like “detection,” I’d wager.

How about instead of saying “you’re dumb for not immediately assuming your life is in danger when you purchase a webcam, a device that you should feel in control of especially in the safety of your own home,” you start saying “you’re dumb if you hack into people’s webcams and spy on people?”

Don’t blame the victim.

Disney’s Mulan Deleted Scene: Reflection

In my opinion, deleting this scene from “Reflection” was a terrible mistake. The song is beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but this added part takes a somewhat disparing song and makes being different empowering and strong.

Yeah, Lea Salonga was heartbroken that they cut the song. I can understand why. This part is inspirational.

I watched the movie recently for the first time since my childhood and I realised just how short Reflection actually goes for. They really needed this scene not only for beautiful imagery (Oh God, the thought of Mulan’s long hair as she’s racing through the wind, just let me die happy) and character development/story-telling, but for the pacing of the song. I honestly don’t understand why they could take this out.
